The Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo (Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World) celebrated its 8th edition in 2023 with the theme: “Dining with the Italian cuisine: well-being with taste.” The event is taking place from November 13 to November 19, 2023.
Since its launch in 2015, the initiative successfully has held more than 1,500 events in over 100 countries, and in 2023 continues its mission to positively contribute to the perception, appreciation, and consumption of Authentic Italian food throughout the US market.
Volare Ristorante Italiano is the Italian restaurant selected in the city of Chicago to participate in this worldwide initiative. The restaurant is listing in their regular menu, as a special, the following dishes:
